GET TO KNOW GUNK

 GUNK is an 8-piece band composed of local public school music teachers on guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, vocal, trombone, alto saxophone, and tenor saxophone. Having played at venues such as Greenport Dances in the Park (Battle of the Bands 2024 winners), Salivar’s, the Bellport Band Shell, and Bobbique, GUNK has been bringing their funk driven sound and silly antics to both forks and beyond since 2023. GUNK adds their own fun and funky flare on both contemporary hits and timeless classics. From three part harmony, instrument swaps, and a pink goose named Gladys, GUNK will always keep you on your toes and most importantly, make sure you’re having a GREAT time.
